Wow! Rather than spending years studying and learning all about wellness and the techniques to get there, you can save those years and go right there by just reading and using this book! It’s amazing, there is so much in it, and it’s all clearly written out in a very simple easy to learn and do format.
Besides that, reading Philly J. Lay’s personal story at the beginning of the book is definitely an attention holder! The book is set up in a way so that you keep your own personal journal to learn and try out all the techniques. It’s a really cool book, and fun too. I love it. I really enjoy having a guide for each day.
