I work online using EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Matrix Reimprinting – a body-led, nervous-system-aware approach to emotional stress, trauma patterns, and experiences that have stayed lodged beneath the surface long after you thought you’d dealt with them. This isn’t talk therapy, and it isn’t another framework that asks you to keep explaining yourself. It works differently, reaching places that insight and conversation alone often can’t.

There’s no script and no pushing. The work is led by what your system can actually meet, I listen closely to what’s happening beneath the words, and we only ever go as far as feels safe and at a pace that is yours.

If we decide to move forward, all new clients begin with a package. You can book all your sessions in advance or take them one at a time from your package, whichever suits you best.

When you book, you'll fill in a short questionnaire so I have some context before we speak. The call itself is a chance to see whether this work feels like the right fit, talk through what you're hoping for, and get a clear sense of how many sessions might be most appropriate. There's no tapping or emotional processing on this call, just a straightforward conversation.

Sessions are 90 minutes and held online. Each one is tailored to your individual needs, capacity, and pace - there's no fixed formula. The work responds to what your system is ready for, not to a predetermined plan.

Support

Once a package is complete, I'll offer guidance on the most supportive next step based on how the work has unfolded. You're welcome to continue with another package, or if you've already completed one, to book individual sessions as and when you need them.
